If i remember you put it in a frying pan with oil to brown it and then added water and covered it like cooking rice. It was saturated fat, 900+ mg sodium, and lots of calories. It came in flavors - chicken, beef, broccolli, etc. i guess stovetop stuffing is the new Rice-a-Roni - it goes with everything.
