geesh all, i can't wake up today...i think since the stress of being unemployed is gone, it's just wiped me out or something, like my body is saying "aaaaaahhhh".  i'm just going to hang out here and be lazy today. 

i do have a question for those that might know:  i have to go for a drug test tomorrow, do vitamins and things like that show up on those?  i've never had one done before so i dont' know if i should hold off on the vitamins.

usually the drug tests are for marijuana, cocaine, barbituates, narcotics and opiates.  Do NOT eat poppy seeds today, no matter what, they can give a false positive.  Depending on the drug test and employer, they might also test for alcohol.  Regular vitamins should be ok.

christine, everything shows up on them,,, you must tell them about any prescriptions you're on, as some drugs some up as other things. hope that helps : )

Christine - poppy seeds show up as opium, so if you eat them a lot.... let the folks know... *i'm not talking one or two... i'm talking one or two a day.

Came by for a cup of hot tea, sweetened with honey, and cream.  Next to that a fruit cup with strawberries, blueberries, watermelon and pineapple.  Sprinkle some coconut over that, too. Also to check on fluffy.

sunshine, i'm in for the poppy seed bagels, i'm having a serious carb craving this morning.  i tried a "j" back when i was about 11, and i puked for an hour afterward and i haven't touched it since...i think i'll just stick with bagels.  boy, am i exciting or what?

Good Morning everyone.  Thunderstorms today at Bounty's Coffee Shop.  And it's going to be warm, too.

What sounds good for breakfast -
Omelets - your choice of meats, vegetables, and cheeses.  i'll beat them up nice and frothy in a milk shake mixer.
Fresh fruit - apples, pears, bananas, grapes, melon, kiwi, strawberries, orange, grapefruit. 
Hot tea, coffee, iced tea, milk, sodas.

Just general cleaning today.  Also checking the shed.

I will take a ham and cheddar omelette with some kiwi and strawberries on the side. Sounds yummy! Oh and a nice hot cup of coffee. I'll take that out to the porch and enjoy the beautiful weather with you Miss H!
