Lunch was turkey pizza. There are enough ingredients left to make some more. Take one 8" wheat tortilla - spread with 3 tablespoons of BBQ sauce, 2 ozs diced cooked turkey, chopped mushrooms, veggies (onion, red bell pepper, celery, etc) and 1 oz shredded (part skim milk, low moisture) mozzarella cheese. Heat in the oven until cheese melts. If the tortilla seems too soggy, next time put it in the oven by itself for a couple of minutes before topping. This should work on most diets. One pizza is one serving. Everyone on a diet come get a glass of water and drink it down before eating anything else. Back to work. this girl is checking the restrooms and the shed for supplies.
