Status: offline 		well, this is my last lazy morning in the coffee shop.  i start work next monday and i've got to get my sleep schedule back to normal....boy did i let it get out of whack these last few weeks, geesh.

~sits out on the porch with MissH, cause i dont' want to look at yummy food either, i'm not wasting all that exercise i've been doing for anything!~

Status: offline 		Lunch was turkey pizza.  There are enough ingredients left to make some more.

Take one 8" wheat tortilla - spread with 3 tablespoons of BBQ sauce, 2 ozs diced cooked turkey, chopped mushrooms, veggies (onion, red bell pepper, celery, etc)  and 1 oz shredded (part skim milk, low moisture) mozzarella cheese.  Heat in the oven until cheese melts.  If the tortilla seems too soggy, next time put it in the oven by itself for a couple of minutes before topping. 

This should work on most diets.  One pizza is one serving.

Everyone on a diet come get a glass of water and drink it down before eating anything else. 

Back to work.  this girl is checking the restrooms and the shed for supplies.

check ingredients of the BBQ sauce most is full of sugar the killer ingredient but sure sounds good .. but Im still craving fruit fruit fruit

I made it sound earlier as if you didnt know what you were doing about the turkey pizza .. and you do a wonderful job taking care of us !!! Summer is really a great time to be the naked cleaning slave.  If i get dirty the boss or someone will take me out back and hose me off.  Now, come winter.....

Status: offline 		FYI....Go to Walmart.....for all those sweet toothed junkies that are on diets.....They have sugar-free 98% fat free ice cream sandwiches.AND sugar free and FAT FREE vanilla ice cream. Smuckers has sugar free hot fudge thats to die for and of course cool whip has sugar free whipped topping.....Hot fudge sundaes any one?

Status: offline 		I have lots of recomendations as far as GOOD food is concerned for dieting. Such as fresh strawberries Equal and sugar free angel food cake with whip cream. FYI...I prefer Equal to Splenda.

Status: offline 		If anybody wants a good BBQ you use vinager, ketchup, sugar, salt, red pepper, black pepper, and white pepper AND red pepper flakes.  Contact me for the exact recipe.The amount of sugar is 1/2 cup for 3 cups of sauce.
