Well its 3.30pm and time to get my bony ass home for some supper,deer hunting till noon and then to the chiropractor until 3 so my back is in shape again,I just don't know about having these young thangs all weekend, they aren't good for the old back said with a painful smile on his face...A cup of road tar to hold me till supper if you please...

Let us know how the munch and play party turn out, MissH! Hope you have fun! And I'm with Christine - need to add fun to my life on a regular basis. looks for the glitter glue Bounty, my best friend hunts deer and shares the venison with me when he gets a chance (lives 400 miles away from me). Some day I hope he teaches me to hunt. Even more important - I hope he teaches me how to butcher the carcass! I would hate to think what would happen if we had to do without supermarkets and convenience stores, since most of us don't know how to provide for our families by living off the land. I have a lot of respect for folks like you who could do it if need be.

Okay, I'll put on a pot of venison stew. Should be ready by lunchtime. [:)] Meanwhile. . . what have we got for breakfast? I think I'll scrounge up a bagel with cream cheese and wait to see what VP brings. She makes better breakfast than I do!

this girl is here to work on the shed. First, a broom with a towel wrapped around it to get the spider webs. Next to sweep the dirt floor and put down fresh straw to soak up whatever drips on it. Wipe down the John Deere and a little polish to make it shine...or would that make it too slippery? Replace the towel supply with clean fresh towels and refill the deoderizer. Clean all the toys with bleach. Check the batteries. What do you think, Boss? Was anything missed? Brrr, it's cold out here for the nekkie cleaning girl!

I have seen deer that do not have enough to eat. I know what mercy killing is. I would rather see them go into a stew pot than to see them gaunt because of a lack of food. It is heartbreaking.
