Nothing much going on around here tonight. . . although I will be going out of town tomarrow. It is COLD! 9 degrees with a wind chill factor making it feel like five below. DAYUM I miss the sunshine in Florida! I wanna go back!

Cause I haven't seen you around. It's been kind of quiet lately. Dinner tonight was hot dogs and mac and cheese. I chose a bowl of hot water with seaweed. Am I weird?

Mac and Cheese is icky unless it is made with rotini or shells. Seaweed is good. Although I would have added red and white miso to it and maybe some bonito broth. But that is just me!
