Oh, I also have a big pot of Tortilla Soup for anyone that is interested.  It keeps with the theme of food that bites you back, and is WONDERFUL when you have a cold.  Helps clear those sinuses up in a jiffy!

this girl is cleaning in the kitchen

There sure are a lot of lemon rinds here...Let's see i heard about a use for lemon rinds.
"Applying the yellow, freshly pared-off rind of a lemon to each temple will give relief to a headache".  Has anyone done this and does it help?
The rest of the rinds go in the compost bin.

I use a few drops of lemon oil in a tissue to inhale when I have a tension headache.

Rosemary oil works when the headache is from having a cold.

Good Evening Mydo.  There's lots of good stuff - just check the kitchen.   Sunshine brought lemon pie and lime Jello.  Aylee brought tortilla soup.  There was venison stew at lunch and Rice noodles and pork at supper.

i'll be sweeping the dining room.

Check the Back burner on the stove.  The stew was there the last time i checked.  Might be some corn bread somewhere, too.

i'm mopping over here if you need anything else.
