For lunch - Soup - lean beef, barley, mushrooms, celery, jalapino peppers and tomato. this girl is getting rid of odd and ends of things that were in the fridge. sunshine - taking your portion out of the pot before the salt or fat is added will help. Taking a half portion of other foods will reduce the impact on your waist. Eat hamburgers with a fork and NO bun. i have found that sugar free pudding made with skim milk is a nice desert instead of ice cream. If you have time you can freeze the pudding. Also for dessert try, sugar free jello or fresh fruit, Instead of chips take a look at pork skins (0 carbs). Instead of creamy dips try fat free yogurt mixed with veggies and herbs or use salsa as a dip. WW has changed their program. Basically you can eat anything but you have to measure it, write it down and count the points.
