this girl is making Key Lime Pies for tonight. The graham cracker crust is fun and theraputic - the graham crackers must be CRUSHED. 12 Key Limes per pie must be SQUEEZED to extract the juice. Then the filling must be BEATEN. A half slice (1/16 of the pie) has 6 points. Makes a good anger management tool, yes?

That and making bread. I have used "baking therapy" MANY MANY times when I am feeling teed off. The other half gets nervous sometimes when I just up and go into the kitchen to bake something. I think my record for baking during a session of "baking therapy" is: Three Pies (Pudding, Lemon Merangue, and Mixed Fruit) Cupcakes Banana Bread Apple Muffins Chocolate Chip Cookies Whole Wheat Bread Pan of Brownies Shaped Sugar Cookies (Gekko's) Needless to say, I left the kitchen feeling MUCH better. LOL

Good Lord all this baking talk has me hungry, its been a long day, we just got in, now down on the farm work isn't for sissy smile,y'all behave ,Yourelfs now...I gotta to water the horses and then my day will be down,Maybe some woman around here will give my aching ol'; back a friendly rub lol..

this girl took apart the top of the stove tonight - pulled out the burners, washed the drip pans in hot soapy water (and brillo), lifted the top and cleaned under the top. A little bit of window cleaner took the grease off the exhaust fan, under side of the microwave (which is above the stove) and the front of the oven. Now a quick sweep and mop.[sm=mop.gif] G'night everybody.
