Good morning, all. I just wanted to drop in and let you know that Max has started a thread for Christine so that we may wish her well on her journey west today if you don't mind posting.

It's called "Christine Not So Still" here in P&RS.

Good morning, Bounty. I agree, she is one of the sweetest and most courageous people here on CM and I pray that she finds that which she seeks, whatever, or Whoever, it may be. May she have a speedy recovery and know that we love her!

Yeper rain thats what happens to those of us that wears our hearts out for all to see, they get broken and it takes a special someone to heal the damage, we here at Bounty's tend to watch over those that do,I wish her the very best and we are always here for her..

MY bitch for the day, is an ol' Master allow to bitch...the freaking state place a culvert accross the road in front of the house and dumped a little bit of gravels in the hole and after this last rain the culvert is there no gravel just a large ditch, that what my tax dollars get me..placed a call raisin' hell and they promised to have a crew here this morning ,damm no wonder my hair is Grey and receding..Off my soapboxxx..

Late lunch menu -
 
Turkey, roast beef or ham club sandwich made with whole grain toast.  
Molded jello with fruit served on lettuce leaves. 
Chocolate pudding enhanced with cocoa powder - little marshmallows on top.
Coffee or tea
 
this girl is setting up for MissH.  Who else needs a late lunch?

I"LL have a roast beef with cheese and mayo a cup of hot joe to go..

this girl is working on menu items for tomorrow's celebration of things Irish -
 
Breakfast:
Steel-cut oatmeal (thicker and chewier than rolled oats) Served with Milk, Cinnamon and Sugar Scones studded with currants and raisins
Potato cakes  (pan fried leftover mashed potatoes with flour patted into a round)
Classic Irish "fry:" fried eggs, rashers, sausages and blood pudding, sauteed mushrooms and grilled tomatoes
Irish Breakfast tea with milk and sugar
 
Dinner:
Irish Soda Bread
Smoked Salmon and Watercress salad
Irish Lamb Stew
Shepherd's Pie
Colcannon (Garlic, Kale and Cabbage mashed with Potatoes)
Champ (Eggs and Scallions mashed with Potatoes)
Guinness and Onion Soup with Irish Cheddar Crouton
Strawberry and Apple Crumble
Chocolate Stout Cupcakes
Irish Coffee
 
And then, of course, there is always Corned Beef and Cabbage Pizza!!!
