INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoons margarine
3 tablespoons minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup ground peanuts
4 cups chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

In a heavy soup pot melt the butter. Add the onion, garlic, flour and peanut butter. Stir until very smooth. Beat in the stock and season well with salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat until thick, about 20 minutes. Stir in the cream and heat through. Serve warm with ground peanuts.

Status: offline 		Supposedly it serves 6.  And each serving is 559 calories.  I do not know how to convert to that point system that you use.

Status: offline 		Probably 14 points.  That's pretty high because of all the fat.  It's also got a lot of sodium.  You could try to make it lighter, but it probably would be easier just to have a half serving...a cup of the soup instead of a bowl of the soup.

Status: offline 		Hello everyone ... I spent the day shopping for things to make my new place (after the move ) more updated and looking better .. Im all tired out but stopped by the chinese buffet on the way home and enjoyed that treat ... see you all in the morning on the porch .. for coffee !!

Im reupholstering a giant ottoman and then finishing up a project of painting a wreath of roses to my kitchen table... and if lol there is any more time I will be recovering the seats of kitchen chairs ..,... anyone have projects for today?

Status: offline 		this girl is raking the small twigs and stuff from the lawn at Bounty's.
 
At home i am going through the "stuff" and trying to get rid of some of it.  The "stuff" is taking up too much room.  Do i really need it?  Do i love it?  i want to get the apartment ready to run itself for a couple of weeks....just in case the surgeon has plans for me.
