Aylee - would you like to take pics of the food at Bounty's Coffee Shop for a photographic menu?  Pics of Bounty's could also be used in a tri-fold advertising flyer.

Yeah, i know ...REAL food doesn't photograph as well as fake.  Oh, well, that leaves more for us to eat.

Me and my baby when partying at our local watering hole,I wonder why I was so sore this morning when I woke up, sore ribs, a puffed lip and a broken finger on my right hand and then it came to me Thur the fog and haze,ME brawwlin' at 60 smile,Dianne wore a shirt that said"if you are looking over 1 second then you are staring" well with natural 38dd's she get quiet a bit of staring,to get to the bottom of it all two young pups came in and started to take umbrage to my baby's shirt and just wouldn't shut the fuck up.So in not so many pleasant terms to shut the fuck up and get out of our space..You know youth and randiness, they jumped in my face, so I took invasive action and took out some teeth ,so that settled that..I am a biker and an easy rider I don't go looking for trouble but I don't step around it either. So the two pups didn't read my press clippings nor did my reputation proceed me,I am a bad ass but they did get in a few..baby sadid she was so proud of her old man by spankin' those young pups and sending them home to their momma smile..Off to have this finger look after..B

way to go Bounty Sir but you know ya gotta be careful too at your age.

Good Morning everyone.  As it is almost lunch time and i have a suggestion.

Wraps are popular these days instead of sandwiches with bread or rolls.  Here's an idea that is real food...

Make your wrap with cabbage or lettuce (Romaine is a good one) leaves instead of a tortilla.  It still is easy on the fingers and reduces the carbs to almost nothing.  When you put tomatoes in the wrap slice them the long way so you have strips.  Do the same with the other vegetables so they go the long way of your wrap.  For dressing try the spritzer dressings that way you won't have a lot of dressing dripping out of your wrap.

Today Bounty's has wrap fix'ins.

Flour or corn tortillas, cabbage leaves and Romaine lettuce leaves.

Vegetable strips - tomato, cucumber, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, jalapeno, onion.

Meat strips or deli slices - turkey, chicken, ham, roast beef, pork loin,

Cheese strips or shredded - american, cheddar, swiss, monterey jack, mozzarella, provolone.

Dressing spritzers - balsamic vinaigrette, Italian vinaigrette, red wine vinaigrette, Caesar vinaigrette, French vinaigrette, rasberry vinaigrette, ranch, honey mustard.

Herbs and seasonings - horseradish, basil, thyme, red pepper flakes.

If you need help assembling your wrap i'll be right here.

We also have fresh fruit for a refreshing dessert - grapes, strawberries, oranges, bananas.

ill take raiding the dessert of grapes, strawberries, oranges, and bananas. i had a subway sub for lunch :D

Yup, you look at the sky and say...OOPS...there's another one.

The folks in Kansas are the same way.  i bet Aylee has seen some, too.

Oh yes.  I have seen plenty.  Of course, when I first moved to KS, I had no idea what the sirens were for.  The really bad thing is that my house has NO rooms without windows.  Getting a pair of labs down into the basement SUCKS!

hmmm, maybe you could teach them to do it on command by throwing a treat down the stairs?

Wine is good.  Whine, not so much.

Nope.  Throwing treats down the stairs does not work.  Not even throwing a tennis ball down the stairs works.
