There is this Australian soap opera called Neighbours they had this coffee shop ran by Daphne. When ever there was a scene in the coffee shop they played this repetitive music in the background over and over again. It went something like, “The coffee shop the coffee shop do do do do do do”. It was a long time ago and I don’t expect you to know what I’m on about but whenever I see this thread listed that music sounds out in my head. Maybe I should get that checked.

Any just get all sugared up and forget about the antihistamines...WE all here has the sniffles,tree pollen,kinda of late for that but we have 3 hugh maple trees in the front yard ...

mmm syrup? with sausages. on pancakes. oh yes please Bounty! i've heard eating local honey is supposed to help with "immunising" against local pollens, but i haven't found a beekeeper yet.

ITS good for any thing, I am a big believe in holistic medicines and remedys...I came in after working all day, my sugar was near 400, sat down and drank a quart of water and ate a watermelon and wasn't long before it was back to near normal....

see, now i was told watermelon was really bad as it was chockers full of natural sugars. and i'll have to look up a translation for 400, as our numbers are for normal = between 4 and 8.

near 400 after working all day? what had you eaten earlier that day? or did you forget a medicine? jeeeze...i don't want to check my sugar...i was being a butt head and didn't take my novalog with me lunch...i'll take it when i eat dinner here in a bit...i wish my tummy would get unbruised so i could put in a new i-port....
watermelon has so much water that it out weighs the sugar...as far as fruits go, its probably the best rehydrator while allowing you not to crash...the additional water was probably key too...

I ate junk all day,I know better and Diane made me a nice turkey snatch which I ate,MY brother was with me so you know we had to have a six pack of long necks chips and a couple of candy bars,Fruit is the best when you are de hydrated and the natural sugar flush our pretty quickly.I am a vitum freak and a martial arts nut ,was a veggie for 9 years until a Wendy's grease's Burger made me fall off the wagon...So I know better to do this crazy thing like junk eating....
