Wouldn't it be such a neat experiance!  You could learn about horses, maybe even learn how to ride.  What is the worst taht could happen (apart from the obvious of a horse stepping on you or such)?  You don't like it.  Okay. . . well, you do NOT have to do it for the rest of your life.  AND should society ever fall or some Alien Space Bat kick us back to the Bronze Age, you would know how to deal with horses!

Thank You for an interesting side point, Aylee. Yes it would totally be a neat experience for the reasons you mention, and I personally would not get tired of it because I already adore all creatures and do wildlife damage control and rehab, so no issues there. But I have always thought that the human race has gotten awfully spoilt rotten, mostly not knowing how to do simple things that foregoing generations knew how to do as a matter of course - grow your own veggies, hunt your own meat, take care of your own livestock, and so forth. So yeah, fun and highly useful too. Right on.

Miss H,

Not sure about Christine, but Sunshine is headed to Saudi Arabia.

Edited because I spelled her name, "Sinshine."

Yes I do have some and anyone is welcome to them.  They are being munched fast, so you had best "belly up to the bar" so to say, if you want one!

Bounty, I know that you want a slave, but have you considered maybe a high school kid or something to help take care of the horses?  I know that there are a lot of horse mad young ladies, and perhaps you could do an exchange where they can ride one of your horses in exchange for caring for them?  It is a thought.

Yes we have considered that aylee but you can't depend on a young high schooler to be here every swing day....I need some one that I know will be here every day...

Ya know. . . with the number of "no limit, desperate for a dom/master, will do anything" s-types out there, I would not think that it would be so hard.

Hell . . . if I was single I would consider it.  3 months room and board in exchange for taking care of the horses?  In this economy?  Sure!

There are a large number of s types out there aylee but most are players and never hit a lick on a farm in their whole life YES the circle c is look for a reliable s type, a farm girl or boy that wants to serve or a subbie room and board..lol

I did not grow up on a farm, and I did not do farm work as a teenager.  However, it is just work.  Hard work at times, but you just dig in, learn it, and do your best.  The job I have now I had never done before.  Use a little bit of brains, and viola!  You can do just about anything!

And I also think that it would be a fun and interesting learning experience.  Hard work I know.  But there is NOTHING that one does without hard work if they want to do it well.

It just amazes me that there are all these people out there bitching and moaning about how boared, lonely, and what not they are, and yet they do not want to take the slightest chance at trying something new.  *sigh*  And then when they get older they bitch and moan about never being given a chance at anything.  It annoys me.  Annoys me greatly!

Hanable, most students in college have papers due for classes and do not have their classes in a computer room.  That sounds perfectly normal to me.

If you really need it, you can borrow our type-writer.
