Well it was one year ago that my slave and I met. We now live together and things are going great.
We are going to go to the place where we first met. (It was a Starbucks, lol). She even suggested that we wear the same clothes as when we met there, but I don't know if my burka still fits.

Thanks Gloria. That is an interesting question. It's been a wonderful year. I guess we have been too busy living it to really analyze it, but the key would have to be trust. I have worked very hard to make sure that her trust in me is 1000 percent and it has paid off wonderfully. Her trust has allowed her to be the slave she desires to be.
Plus keeping the romance going and doing non BDSM activities keeps a good balance in the relationship.
And hearing her say "Yes Sir" in her Southern accent never gets old. [;)]

Congrats!! It's wonderful to find someone that you adore. Finding someone to share life with is awesome and it's great to see a couple living that elusive "it" that we look for on the other side of c.com.
Did y'all meet on-line and then meet up at Starbucks? *just being nosy*
And what is a burka? I know what a burqa *sp??* is, but I don't think we're thinking of the same thing.

Estring, congradulations and the other day I was amaized that Master and I are still together after 4 months, wish you and yours another blessed year.

Thanks everyone for your nice posts. We really appreciate it. Berlin we actually met here on Collarme. Our first real life meeting was at a Starbucks near to where my Master lived. And he was joking about the burka. That is the outfit that many Muslim women in the Middle East wear. The one that covers you head to toe. He probably spelled it wrong.

Seems like Starbuck is becoming the ever-popular meeting place. Guess I'm a little bitter towards them because they're slowly putting my favorite local coffee shop / open mic place out of business.
