My dr expre4eslly for bid back twisting and crunches because I have a bad back and he says that side to side twists were never that effective or good for the back anyway. Neither were "cherry picker" quote:
ORIGINAL: nonuts4thshoney I dont have much of a routine but I do work on my abs alot because I want to keep a flat stomache. I do alot of crunches and I will also do a twist to each side motion while standing. I keep my hips facing the front and only turn my upper body from side to side. This seems to keep my tummy tone. I've been doing it for years though. and LOL..I walk in place too. It's easy to do around the house if you have some free time or even to do it while tending to some household chores. So yeah, all I do is work on my tummy and walk in place. Some other things that you could do too, and this will sound silly, is to do lunges while you vacuum. It's good for the booty.
