Hi all...
Reading this post and the situation surrounding it, I cant but help wonder if this will become the next "Glenn Marcus" case. Note how they mention the girl had a history of pych illness, note how they told to stay at a battered womens shelter. If she had done so, or if she does, I am sure they will of course report that she was "abused". Im sure shed be happy to claim all was non consensual in exchange for the charges being dropped against her. Then, maybe the guy will end up charged as Glenn did...with sex trafficking and forced labor. And, as Glenns case was false, so to would this be.

Good Lord. I love the part of the contract that forces the slave to wear outfits with titles. Like where the Master says, "Put on your ass fucking outfit." Personally? The mans got it all wrong. He's the one who needs dressing, if not a dressing down. And the outfit is called, "I see youre wearing your fucking ass outfit".   Im sure it would suit him well.

My Master has outfits like that for me but then He also has regualr day outfits and other things. It's not abuse but fun for me but then the relationship has been built over the years.

Did you know that "Master Drew" is on collarme?....unfortanitly i know this guy,  if you read some of his past life the new put up, he was also under suspision for murder back where he is from in 1996....by acting like he was a police officer....but got out of it, due to some DNA....*shrugs*...think andrew needs to be behind bars once and for all, and the police need to stop "losing" evidence on the cases they have against him...my opinon..

Master Drew and his ilk disgust me. He is simply a pimp, a panderer and a pornographer, nothing more. The BDSM stuff is irrelevant to the case but it does put those of us who are in this lifestyle under a spotlight. Right or wrong, in the eyes of the painfully vanilla society we live in, we are tainted by his crimes.

"Wow, this Master Drew, he was into S&M and he had slavegirls. Aren't you into the same thing? Do you rent your slaves out as well?" Bloodpressure rises, you take a deep, cleansing breath as your sensei taught, and begin to explain. You are calm, you try to be non-threatening, but unless you are an infinitely compassionate and patient buddha, it still gets to you, especially if this is not the first time you have had to say these things. Here is a hint: when you can defend the BDSM community and make a grocery list in your head at the same time, you have had this conversation one or two times too many! Personally, I am nowhere near that compassionate and patient.

This is not a conversation I either want or need to have. None of us should ever have to have such a conversation! Being forced into S&M apologetics is demeaning and, frankly, stupid--all the moreso behind an idiot like this.

OK...assume the seiza position...close your eyes...deep cleansing breath...

I read the contract. While I disagree with some of the things in it, I see nothing stating she had to prostitute for him. It says several times that he may determine who may use her body, and what they may put to it. It says he may take other lovers and slaves. It also says fidelity is important to them, and sexual acts outside the relationship will include both of them.

The contract for BDSM has little to nothing to do with this case. Someone just wanted to put it up to the media make us look bad.

I can't believe how narrow minded and intolerant most of the ppl on this thread seem to be.  I truly thought, as maligned as the D/s BDSM crowd is, you'd have a lot more tolerance for the freedom of others.  I'm disappointed.  As a lawyer, I deal with alot of judgmental, intolerant ppl., and I had hoped I'd find a refuge of sanity here.  Apparently not.  Neither prostitution, pot, nor consensual conduct of any sort should be illegal in a free country.  And for those who think prostitution should be illegal, I ask you this, why is it not prositution to take money to screw on camera for a porn film?

I just wanted to say that I have no problem with prostitutes -- I do have a problem with pimps or madames or whatever title you wish to use when they basically use coercion to force those under them to engage in sexual acts and then turn over most of their pimps or whatever.

Now if someone is managing them or booking their tricks without using coercion then I'm all for that idea. Professionals might need help.

Coercion here is not DS -- it's violence, the threat of violence, drugs, emotional blackmail, and other such things to force someone to do things. While we may use the terms "force" in DS I think there is a huge difference between them. But that's my personal moral and ethical code.
