Rather than an electric dog collar, get TENS unit and some attachments. You can take that from feeling wonderful to OMFG, I HATE YOU, STOP IT! There are a lot of ways to "skin this cat" as it were.

They may try. Part of the fun is in making her retain them.

As to losing something inside the vagina, it is unlikely. The cervix prevents entrance to the uterus, unless the person has a medical problem (and they'd probably know about that from routine gyn visits.)
