I am really interested in fisting and would love to know the best and safest way to do this..Appreciate all advice

If you use the search engine here there's more information on fisting than you could read in a day.

I dearly love vaginal fisting though I've only been permitted to try it 4X in the past two years.
Over all he should wash his hands throughly, use latex gloves, use tons and tons of lube & re-lubing you as it dries out, and don't force his hand in you as you may tear is the best advice I can suggest.

The more you relax and enjoy the stimulation instead of focusing on his whole hand going in as your goal the easier time you'll have of it, and trying will be really fun.
What I've been doing was he'd get his hand right up to knuckles and I would push my pussy down over his hand vs him pushing all the way into me.
That way the stretching is controlled by you so there's less chance you'll tear.

While crisco, jlube, slam dunk and boy butter are great for fisting rectums, they are NOT recommended for fisting vaginas. Please, only use water based or silicone lubricants for any deep vaginal play. Thoroughly check the labels for GLYCERINE -- you do not want sugar in your pussy, as it will encourage a yeast infection!!!! Some women also have reactions to spermicides. Be aware of that as well when you're making a lube selection.

My faves for fisting fems are astroglide, probe purple and wet platinum.

YES!!! I so totally agree!!! That is the First GOOD book i read about "fisting" (at least 5 years ago) and am SO glad i read it before i "tired" it on somone else!
LOVE the book, love what it tought me, and Love what it did for me..........I LOVE to Fist others................and Would NOT want ANYONE to even TRY to fist ME unless they read that book first too!

D. Addingtons book is a wonderfully informative book on the topic.

Using a good lube is important, being relaxed and taking your time is also important.
