This isn't exactly a "health & safety" question, but it doesn't seem to fit anywhere else either, and my curiosity was inspired by some of the responses to my question about dry sex...

I don't know how many women will be comforable answering this, but I'm really wondering about it.  How "wet" do you get, and how much variation is there between women, or at different times?

Talking to a gf of mine tonight I realised that her and I are so different in this way.... she talked about having occaisional problems with dryness, while I am always wet very quickly - sometimes too much, to the point where it reduces the sensation during sex and I can't feel a lot happening.  And the replies to my question on the "dry sex" thread seem to suggest that a lot of women's bodies work *REALLY* differently to mine.  So its made me wonder...

I'm not sure how many replies I'll get to this, but if anyone else is ok with sharing this information, I'm definitely interested to know how much variation there is out there....

Every woman is different and there are other varying factors as well such as age and hormonal changesn that we as women go through from time to time.If you're asking if it's normal to get that wet,well you know your body better than me.Have you ever discussed it with your GYN  for answers about the lack of sensation because of being to wet?That would be my suggestion.Hope this helps.

I hate to give a vague answer but......it depends. Too many variables to give one blanket answer.

I go through periods of wet & dryness all in a 20 minute fucking most of the time these days.
It's like the initial turn on gets me wet and as the friction happens I dry out slowly till I cum, then I'm wet again and the cycle starts over.
Some days I'm just dry no matter how many times I cum, and some times I don't cum but get as wet as you mention where I lose the friction to the point it dulls the sensation for me some.
I usually only get that totally saturated wet if I'm having one of those days where all is firing on all cylinders and I'm more tuned in & turned on that usual, or more horny than usual.
I found after my hysterectomy last year I tend to be dry way more frequently than before the hysterectomy.
Maybe to increase your sensation when you're so wet your Sir, boyfriend, Dom could get one of those bumpy sleeve things he can wear on his hard cock while he's screwing you. It may be called a French tickler or something like that.

but.. to the OP question.. LT is right. too many variables.. how often, how soon again, hormons, body condition, and warm-up (aka foreplay), emotional connection and desire.....

I get so wet that sometimes it causes me to loose sensation. Also its messy and when I cum, SPLASH....yup I am a squirter lol  My sub of course loves it and I guess it beats being dry. I've heard when a woman goes through menopause she dries a bit, but I am not sure how true that is.

As a general rule I get very wet and aroused very quickly.  I doubt that it would be true with just anyone though.  If I had no connection or physical attraction to someone, I can't imagine that my mind or body would easy to convince...if that makes sense.  My boyfriend, however, gets to me just by kissing the back of my neck or whispering in my ear.

It takes quite a bit of foreplay for me to get really wet...but I get kinda wet from all sorts of small things. Ive always dried up quickly, enough that it can be painful for whomever im having sex with, so I just keep a bottle of lube with me. I cant attribute it to menopause, Im only 27 and Ive been that way all my sexual life. I seem to get wetter and stay wetter when Im drunk though....not sure why that is. I know when Sir hands me a beer it means he wants to have sex...lol...sad when people have to get me drunk to have sex.

Yes it is true. In addition the inner vaginal tissue becomes more fragile and susceptible to tearing making regular vaginal intercourse very painful at times. Not a great combo I imagine.

i have dryness issues due to sjorgrens syndrome...it causes pretty much everything (eyes, nose, mouth, skin, that exotic vacation destination south of the equator) to be dry.

so lube is kept ready if needs be, and Sir is careful.  on the other hand, i squirt on occasion also.  so.. *shrugs*

in the past, before i was owned or even up to about a year into my slavery actually, i used to get extremely wet...i mean embarassingly so, very quickly and with little effort on anyone's part. oftentimes i may not have even be mentally aroused at ALL before or during a sexual act, yet my pussy would be sloppy wet. i HATED it. it reduced friction during intercourse, it usually didn't match up with my actual arousal, and worst of all it was just plain embarassing. there were a few partners who made negative comments about it.

I've never been one for getting very "wet", no matter how much arousal. From all the talk I hear about men equating wetness with arousal, I've often wondered if this was disappointing to men. From all the hype I've read, a woman should be dripping down to her knees at the touch of a good lover. **rolls eyes**
