Do you think that maybe in your annoyance you are jumping the gun here? If it appears to be a manufacturing fault, it is possible that the company will repair or replace it if approached in the right way. Companies don't like getting bad mouthed for faulty products and genuinely need to know what problems occur with them. Why not take a deep breath and write a nice note to them, explaining what's happened, and ask for advice? :)) LH
