Can any one give me their opininean on the use of enemas before proceeding to have anal sex. To tell the truth enenimas freak me out a little bit since I used to be a Nursing Aid.[X(] Can some one share thier experiance with them please....

i'm a nurse...and have had to do it alot..it's worse when it's on someone else, lol. it doesn't have to be a huge enema bag...just a small one will work, as long as you're not really backed up...just so you get rid of the feces that's in your rectum ATM. or, if you just had a BM, you might think of just anal douching, where you use much less liquid and it basically just rinses you out. for my own part, i only initiate anal if i've just gone...but if he does, no one's ever freaked out about some feces.........it's kind of part of the territory, you know? it's even easier if you use a condom, that way you just slip it off and away goes the mess. but, if you're that worried about it, get a fleets enema and use it...it's not hard to do yourself....then just hold it as long as you can, go and clean up....not really a huge deal. if you're comfortable with your partner, you can even let him give you the enema...some men like it..its a form of control.....otherwise..just do it a couple of hours before sex to be prepared, or give yourself about an hour head way to get done and cleaned up. it's not something you want to do ALOT though, as your bowels can become dependant on the uses of enemas to function...and they're not THAT fun. :)

hey,anyone know anything about colon cleanisng,I know its a bit removed from enemas but I heard its very good for people who are constantly constipated like my best friend,anyone have any tips or experience with it? irish

I don't like enemas either. I find that if you use a condom and lots of lube, there is no particular necessity for an enema just for anal sex. For a fisting it's different, but well lubed strap ons and cocks with condoms on come out clean. Just have some towels handy for wiping up the lube. :)) LH

You should go to a licensed practitioner. First they insert a small using a small anal speculum. It has a little bypass switch (think in and out). A machine, using the mildest of pressure, pumps warm, filtered water into your colon very very slowly. The sick thing is if you have done Colon Hydrotherapy which is is sometimes called you will think.. When did I eat that? That is the truth..then you really become aware because you think how long that sits in your system. I am a full believer in this..makes you feel great!!

What kind of enemas do you use? I think the major thing is its embarrasing when my Daddy has fucked me analy and there is bm. He checks now before He does it but still I feel really dirty if I am not clean there and He desires to have anal sex.

ask your dr for a script for mini enemas? they are wonderful for the occasions when you have very little time to prepare yourself and there is no error of bowel remaining there while he is playing<EG>

I have tried it and it works, I recommended to anyone, yes it's a little uncomfortable because you have to hold the liquid., but after that it's smooth sailing, you place the tube in your rectum and the machine does the rest, its like sitting on the table at the doors office with your legs up..

I generally give them in sessions of 3, 2 qts each.... the first one I use peppermint castille soap...2 qts of water 1/4 t of soap...fill the hot water bottle with warm (not hot) water then put the soap in to cut down on suds. The second one I use baking soda and warm water, 2 qts of water 1/4 C of baking soda...fill the hot water bottle with warm (not hot) water. The third one is Cool Clear Water. 2 qts of cool clear water in the hot water bottle. To be honest, this usually takes about 2.5 to 3 hours to complete fully....but it is worth it in the long run. As I said, I usually follow up with a squirt of olive oil to help restore the friendly bacteria in the anus. Have fun, good luck and be safe

i had a colonic done before and yes they are awesome ..you do feel better having one and it takes about a hour to do so ...costs 60 at least here in michigan and yes you are really clean after getting one done [:)] love to be clean for my mistress when she fists me [:)] have fun ..mal

If there is time, I like to do it - but it seems there is rarely time due to spontaneity. I would much rather be clean than to endure the embarrassment of well, you know.

Thank you for all of you advice, I am cursouis about this colon clense in which some of you have mentioned. A colon clense verses a enema....

i was supposed to have a colonoscopy but the gave me the self enemas to take and not the oral so i was not fully cleansed out and thus they could not do the proper search if anything was up in there

do a google search for colonic ..they will tell you all about it ...then do another search for colonic in whatever area you live in ...that should list some people to get in touch with in your area ...60 here in michigan ..takes 1 hour ..and yes you will be cleaned out afterwards [:)] not painfull at all ...very relaxing i thought ...good luck mal

I read somewhere that the use of coffee in an enema is usefull it gives you an energy boost and also helps you ahem, evacuate. I found this link in "new sub interested in training myself for anal?" thread.
