If you can think of it and fantasize about it as you apparently have, then it's possible. To live out your fantasy you just need to find someone whose fantasy is being trampled. As for how common this scenario is, foot worship is very common. I would take a guess that being trampled is not as common.

i have recently come to a place where i truly enjoy body worship but not in regards to humiliation and pain from said bodypart. In regards to feet, my biggest obtacle in worship, i am finding it very humbling and satisfying to cleanse, massage and care for them in the context of worship. i am learning reflexology as well. i have no desire to suck, kiss or eat from dirty unkept feet and certainly no desire to be kicked or trampled by any feet, clean or not. Maybe it is the emerging healer in me, but i am more focused on bringing pleasure to and honoring One's feet so that said feet can perform their primary job of supporting the weight of the entire body and getting it to its destinations. To be repaid for worshipping anothers feet by beeing kicked by them does not resonate with me spiritually or submissively~

Yes, lots of people are foot fetishists and like foot worship. Others like boots. Others like being kicked, or trampled, even without any special fondness for feet. This isn't uncommon. It is typically male submissives who enjoy worshipping feet and being trampled, and I've seen more dominant women than dominant men who enjoy receiving the worship or doing the trampling, but I don't hang out in gay male SM communities (not being a man), so it may be more widespread among men than I realize.

Four things. 1. Possible? Probably- I didn't read it all. 2. Common? Don't know. Again, didn't read it all, nor am I into the whole foot thing. 3. THE CAPS LOCK? YEAH. IT'S ANNOYING. INCLUDING FOR TITLES AND HEADERS. DROP IT. 4. The amount of detail and passion you seem to have used for your.. person.. seems rather extensive. This would suggest a great deal of repression. I would suggest you find a way to deal with this in a safe and effective manner, as it sounds like the buddings of an obession- or, an obsession that might grow dangerously further.
