Yes, of course it's possible. It's harder, of course, if you're a pretty big, heavy person and you're standing on a slim person. Even if you're a light person stepping on a well-muscled fellow, you don't just start by stepping off the floor and putting all your weight on a person--you hold onto wall points (like parallel bars), or other people, or suspension points, and tread lightly. It does take a bit of upper-body strength, and if you're hanging on to wall points or an overhead point, you really ought to test it first and make sure that a) the point can support all your weight and b) you can lift yourself with your arms long enough to get off the person. If you, or a friend, have some rope bondage skills, you might rig a suspension harness onto you to take some or all of your weight. Or, you just keep one foot on the floor and step on the person with the other foot, although I'd recommend having something nearby to grab in case you lose your balance. You don't put your full weight on parts like heads and tummies and groins, but you can certainly rest a bit of weight there--most people get off on foot-pressure on the backs of their necks, their faces, or their private bits. Chests and backs are good places to step more heavily. Please avoid stepping on extended joints--joints are weak, and that's an excellent way to break them. As a man, you're not quite so likely to wear heels when you trample, but for other readers: spike heels concentrate the weight. I've been told that a high heel puts more pounds of pressure on a wood floor than a refrigerator does. I don't know whether that's true, but it's certainly true that heels concentrate much of one's weight into a little 0.25 square inch spot. You can still do it, but just be aware and manage your stepping accordingly.
