I would like to know about hypnosis. I would love to use it.. sounds like alot of fun and some serious responsablilty. Could someone direct me on how to find out about it. Thank you.

I've found you can research just about anything on www.google.com but not all of the sources are accurate. Hypnosis seems to me like more responsibility than anything else. Doing ANYTHING during hypnosis is taking a SERIOUS risk of fucking up the person's mind. I would not recommend it as I do not see the risk worth the ward no matter how you look at it. You may disagree. Whatever you do, make sure you talk to professionals before attempting something so dynamic and scary. Attempting such a thing on your own is just foolish.

The rarer play such as hypnotism doesn't always make it out into the limelight so knowing how to use the search function on collarme and other forums is key.

Go here to the search page which is also accessible in the top right hand corner of this screen (right above the donation banner).

In the Search Term box, type hypnotism

I tend to put the word as singular as to not limit myself. If I am searching for something like humiliation, I may type hypno so that it will also include hypnotic and hypnotise.

My personal favourite configuration is
Search only "Combine topics and replies" as this generates a much shorter list.
Search terms found in "Subject", especially iff is a common word such as "ritual" which is probably used in many contexts. If nothing turns up, I'll then select "Subject or Body".

Here is are a few threads that were started last fall/winter on the subject:
- What do you feel about hypnosis?
- Hypnotist
- Hypnosis
You might want to contact some of the people who posted experiences in there.

No, it's not.

The worst that could happen in hypnosis would be akin to having a bad dream.

I was practicing self-hypnosis way back in early high school and have regularly engaged in scenes with hynpsis involved in them. It's a lot of fun, very controlling and delicious.

Hypnosis does not short circuit the brain, if you are put into hypnosis and told to do things that are TRULY against who you are, your mind WILL wake itself up. The risk is actually very low.
