Alright, I admit this is a many years afyer the fact, and publishing of the Starr report, but I only read about this recently.

Monica Lewinsky went down on Clinton numerous times before he would actually cum in her mouth. He said he didn't know if he could "trust her." Do you think it was an emotional issue, or a legal concern over his sperm being used as proff of his transgressions, as in fact it later was.
