Hello. i'm looking for 8-10 oz. black latigo leather to create a customized set of restraints. Would anyone know of a good, relatively inexpensive place to purchase it, particularly by sides or other large cuts?

You might take a look at the www.zackwhite.com website. They are the largest supplier of leather and hardware on the east coast.
