To prevent this from being a real quick game, there's only one rule- you laugh, you reply. Anything else goes. Including videos of monkeys drinking their own pee.
Oh yeah, the other rule is, last one to post, loses. Although, is that really a rule, since it is also the name of the game? Okay, to avoid confusion, there are now TWO rules.
1. Last one to post, loses.
2. You laugh, you post.
