i have been longing to serve a Misstres from sometime now but honest its almost seems impossible to find a Goddess to serve that only wants someone to serve them. it jsut seems to me that Most of the women i have talked to about serving are only in it for money or so that there slaves buy them things i have YET to meet a Misstress that was in to it purly to have someone worship her or have someone be devouted to them. am i wrong? b/c i have been searching this site like over a month now

You have NOOOOO idea dude! I'm afraid it's almost impossible :( I understand the arguement that financial domination is a part of total submission but almost all of the dominants I have talked to insisted they receive money before I even meet them. Submiting to strangers does absolutely nothing to excite me. It can be very discouraging.

Get off this site (which is not representative of reality in so many ways) and become active in your local community. You have to make a little effort to acquire things of value. John

First off, the moderators don't like it when you post the same or similar threads in different forums, such as this one and the one you started in Ask A Mistress. You posted a rant in the Ask A Sub/Slave forum about slaves that don't know their place and won't show devotion to you. And now a rant about mistresses. It seems to be all about you you you. Relationships are about all of the people involved in them, not just you. Simple fact is that women on either side of the kneel have to weed through guys who are only interested in easy sex and no responsibilities beyond that. And if you think a month is a long time, there are people who have been seeking relationships for years. But I suspect that this is more about you trying to find an 'easy relationship with sex', so you might want to expand your search to adultfriendfinder.com or craigslist.

First, you aren't going to find something you can't spell. Second, very few find their partners online.....and Third? ONE MONTH? You have got to be kidding me. I'm a Domme and I have been seeking for years. 4 years to be exact, this time out. And I finally found someone. Local. He wasn't found online either. He is a friend of a friend. As far as money changing hands in M/s & D/s relatoinship....again.....stop seeking online. The ONLY thing you can do for me online is send money......if you want to serve a Mistress you have to meet her in person. Locally. So you can take things slow and see where they go.

There are plenty of Dommes who don't do this for money. However, it doesn't mean that we're Barbie dolls sitting around in fetish wear waiting to dominate anyone who asks. We have full lives. Whether or not you fit into that life and in what capacity is the key. And here's the thing - if you put yourself out there and looking, you are going to have to deal with the fact that most of the people you talk to ARE NOT going to be what you are looking for - it's something we ALL have to go through. If you use online as the main means of meeting people, then you're going to have to sort through a disproportionately large quantity of nonsense - such is the nature of online. No one, including yourself, is immune from that. One thing is for certain - a positive attitude will get you MUCH further than a negative one. Negative ones just draw in smartass remarks ;-)

With the profile you have up, I cant imagine why people arent falling over themselves to either serve or be served by you. Here's a hint. The ones interested in money are the ones that dont really pay attention to the profile, or lack there of in your case. When looking for a client or a paycheck they are less likely to be put off by something without substance. You have to put forth a lot more effort to interest a Domme who is looking for a personal pet. Since I have no interest in being paid for my lifestyle of choice, I am much more than some of the pros on the site. There are some pros here that are HIGHLY selective, dont get me wrong. But there are also some who dont really care what you are as long as you pay. Those are likely the ones you are running into. I wont bother going into your problem of finding slaves, since this is about Mistresses. However, I have a feeling the advice would work on both accounts. Me, personally, I would have passed your profile by without even giving you a second look, becasue you offer me absolutely nothing to go on. You do not give a Dominant, or a slave for that matter, any reason to select you above anyone else, and coming to the forums and whining about the lack of responses in a MONTH of looking isnt helping your cause. Its pretty well noted that switches have a harder time finding others, people gripe about it constantly. So, if you really want a chance to find a partner on either side of the whip, you hve to make yourself appealing to them. A profile rewrite, and a bit of an attitude adjustment might help. Patience would too. My humble opinion, of course DV <-- edited because spelling is obviously not my strong suit -->

It can take years to find a Mistress. Best advice is get out and go to a munch if you want something real time or join a Femdom group and you may have better luck. ~Lashra

Good heavens! Having read your profile it's no surprise subs/slaves aren't falling at your feet eager to be owned. You want them already trained because it's "a pain in the f**king ass" to do the job yourself. With that attitude you will be waiting a very long time (if not forever) since subs/slaves don't want a "dominant" who is too lazy to take the time, and put in the necessary effort to train them to effectively meet their Dom's needs. If you're lazy in that regard, what else will you find too much effort? As mentioned before, rewrite your profile (use a spell checker this time) and make it something people will find interesting to read. Provide information about you, your experience (if any), interests, what you seek in a Dominant/sub/slave, etc.
