Hi and welcome
easy to use just look in the topics and click the ones you fancy. then either join in on one of the discussions or start a new one of your own. Don't be nervous. I'm new at this (last weekend) and I've got the hang of it. One thing, if you have a photo on your profile unless you change your settings it will be shown with every post you make. I didn't realise this when I came into the forums and got a roasting from a few people as the pic was a bit naughty.
Other than that just go for it. It can be good fun
