Thank you for that great insight. I did go back and read some profiles. Many were clear up front and it was easy to see if they were monogamous...and those I asked were not offended. I have enjoyed conversations with one DOM who doesn't own slaves or subs and as you said, does not go to the events/parties because he is monogamous. He seems to enjoy conversing and sharing without pushing. I will take my time.

I am so glad you took the time to post. Finally I see their is nothing WRONG WITH ME enjoying "kink" but not wanting to be in a poly arrangement. I have tried one million and one ways to convince myself to accept non monogamy in that relationship...and each attempt failed miserably. I tried to deny the relationship was not going to work because I was "monogamous" as if it was a dirty word...a self imposed limitation...trapped by conventional upbringing....all the reasons. I finally feel into a deep depression denying myself.

I now know I can enjoy the lifestyle just the way I am! I don't have to become ANYTHING except explore myself and my desires. I do believe now, when the time is right, I will find a Dominant man who is looking for the same thing.

You are right on the money. I am always reminded how "busy" he is ....and maybe get a few hours here and there. He is on a trip now and reminded me how little time he will have (for me) before this weekend with her. Well, spank my fanny!.....It is over due to move on.
