Good evening, About two weeks ago my Dom and i did some hard nipple play (twisting, prodding, pinching, etc), and my nipples were fine. A few days later they became really really sore and has been like it since we played. To this day they are so sensitive that he can't even flicker them without sending me into pain and begging him to stop. What might have happened if any? Or, since i am on the birth control shot and i know sensitive nipples are a side affect, could this also be a reason? Though i have not had this problem before when i was on the shot. i was going to call my doctor tomorrow and see what she says. But for now are there any possible reasons for my nipples to be this sensitive? Thank you

You might try some ice packs. Even though the reason your nipples are sore is not the same, mothers who breastfeed and develop sore nipples generally use ice packs. Just a 'non-medical' suggestion until you can see the doctor. MMD[8\|]

Thank you MilkMaidDomme i will try again the ice packs, maybe i actually need to use ice instead of my frozen vegetable bag

Sometimes you can play enough that you start to stimulate the milk production process, and with the flux in hormones caused by the bc shot, that is probably what you have going on.. Just my opinion now, do go see your dr or at least give them a call, in the mean time just keep them iced down. don't apply the ice directly though you could cause just as much damage with that and only for a little while at a time. also keep them subtle the skin soft is what i mean use a soothing lotion or ointment.. That happens to me all the time... just last night my Daddy used an extremely rough gritted nail file on mine... and I've been walking around all day today in a very thin loose cotton shirt sans bra...lol I'm not allowed to use ice packs most of the time, but when I am they help.... cool wash clothes work too along with sleeping topless.
