2 oz gin
1 oz lime juice, fresh squeezed
6 oz champagne

served on ice.

So, if you can't drink your bubbly straight, maybe this will end up being a tasty alternative. Enjoy.

Status: offline 		1/2 oz Bacardi® 151 rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
1/2 oz apricot brandy
1 tsp sugar
2 oz light rum
1 oz dark rum
1 oz lime juice

Blend all ingredients with ice except Bacardi 151 proof rum. Pour into a collins glass. Float Bacardi 151 proof rum on top. Garnish with a fruit slice, sprig of mint and a cherry.

It is a very potent and smooth drink. The type of drink which sneaks up and smacks you real good!

Status: offline 		after 2500+ posts you can customize your ranking. Was told you have to ask one of the mods to do this.
