This is my next tatto I want to get and want your opinions on it, thanx  :-)

The actual tatt will be 3"x3" and going on my right shoulder and will be done in black ink.

oooo Bear I love that tat.  Beautiful.  But, with its lovely symmetry I kind of think centering it  - high between shoulder blades maybe would look more sexy.
I just lurked with yall yesterday...its odd how just one person can shift the thread dynamic.  Insteresting really. Its always more sassy and sexy without me...god I feel old sometimes. lol.

Okay I asked this a few pages back and no one responded, but in the spirit of 200 page mark I will ask again (its also one of my favorite questions)

I'd rather be the hider. I can be pretty clever when it comes to thinking up unique hiding places and/or circumstances. When I'm the hunter, I find that my brain can't seem to think as creatively, for whatever reason.

I'd much rather be the seeker....hiding is boring and time consuming....not to mention if you are hiding well it could be dark, crampy, smelly, wet....and none of those in good ways.

Seeking involves much more active stimuli

The more I think about it, the more I much rather be the one hiding. Something about the knowledge that I'm being hunted adds to the "thrill!"
As for the tattoo, I really don't have many options to where once can be put, especially with the amount of body hair I have  : )
Thought there is one bear that insty won't need a .308 to hunt and won't need a license either!

hiding for me to. i've got a deep need to be 'chased', 'found' and 'caught'. goes way back and deals a lot with rejection issues oddly enough. don't ya hate it when someone from your past still has a lot of influence on you that you don't even realise so much of the time????

Morning yall!
I am wondering if us dominant types will end up being seekers and the sub types will prefer hiding.  I am definitely a seeker.  Cause then I can choose what I want to seek and determine my own timing - I feel more in control.

Scene while babysitting boisterous ums : Okay I am "it".  Yall hide and I will come find you.  30 minutes later after I have finished reading the paper and I have over heard the um's impatiently upgrading or shifting to different hiding places I go looking.  Of course I know exactly where they are.  I do a very noisey job of searching for them looking anywhere but where I know they actually are...usually takes another hour or so to decide to find them all.  In the mean time, I've enjoyed myself along the way and hae the little devils under control throughout.  (boundaries are very critical).  For a year while I was finishing my thesis I took care of 3 kids ages 9 to 13 a couple days a week so I could stay out of the kitchen.  Hide and seek was a primary activity. lol.

Scene while playing cat and mouse with a potential fella:  First off my experience is that men get all melty if you seek them out with just the right amount of energy - so it can be like shootin in a barrel at times.  But if the fella is a hider and I get tired of it - I can let him continue to hide while I go and entertain myself elsewhere till I am again ready to play their little hiding game.  By then they are usually more likely to come forth too. he he.

for me the issue with centering would be, if you have close shoulder blades it could misshape it if it doesnt' fit just right...so make sure it is small enough....a tat like that really needs plenty of space to "breathe" so to speak.

When we were teens, the game of "hide n' seek" grew into "man hunt," where it was taken outdoors and into the neighboring forest and fields. I'd hide for hours, and when the seeker did happen to come nearby, I'd throw stones or something to distract them and take off to a new place. I learned how to scurry up grape vines and hang out high above ravines. I seriously doubt I could do any of that now, though.

Well I just got a quote back. Will cost about $300. and they said the smallest size they can do is approx 7 1/2" wide by 6 1/2" tall. I wasn't looking for it to be that big! That size it would have to go in the center of my shoulder blades (too hairy on my back) which I wanted it on the front of my shoulder across the collar bone.

or get it waxed just prior to? i'm sure Donna or BSB or SIM2 would volunteer, if they could push Insty out of the way, that is
