What's wrong Lumus?  *hug*

I'm going to hell btw... :-)

Well, since you're going my way...

*hops in and flashes a devilish grin atcha*

Nothing is wrong per se; as I said, merely a malaise.  Perhaps it is the realization that one year and thirteen days ago is when my girl was first supposed to come up to be with me.  It could be just the part of me that misses my son and just wants to be lost in his sweet hugs.  There's always the balance of it, of course:  that I will see my son tomorrow, and hopefully my girl a the span of a few weeks.

It's like the early morning hours when you wake with an indescribable dread, or having the urge to reach out and give someone's hand a reassuring squeeze - only to realize you're alone in the room.

Why is it I'm mostly inspired to write only in fits of sorrow?  [Not that I'm sorrowful now...in a malaise, prehaps, but that will pass, like all things do.]

I've asked that same question quite a bit. My answer to it is pretty long, but to sum it up- I write about what touches me the most deeply and in my life happiness has been the pause between the labor pains. Sorrow, pain etc have been what pushes me to grow... and so my writing expresses what is in the end more important to me- the growth.

I think Michael looks very kindly on all who are helpful to me... *wink*

Maybe I just need to be touched more often.

Despite the wry smirk on my face, there's something to that, I would imagine...I can be as tactile as I am cerebral.  I can relate to art through growth; some of the works I've done that I still like were written during or after a hard turn in my life.

Sooooo.... Am I a cougar if I see an 18 year old kid?  The kicker is that he graduated this past spring from the same school my niece goes to, and he was a pretty big fish there apparently...Is kind of fun fileting those "big fish"..
I got the whole scoop about him from my niece, saying that he asked my friend's daughter out and I needed info.. lol

Lumus-  I seriously wish I could give you a big hug right now...

ah, lumus, i get what you're going through. it's been years and years since i've had a male touch me in any way sensual.

i miss it terribly.

while touch and hugs from kidlets and from friends is wonderful (and i'm lucky as a woman, its not socially taboo for me to get full on hugs from other women), it just doesn't get to me in the same way.

i sometimes feel like those "failure to thrive" babies. i long for that touch, and feel sometimes that i'm shrinking inside my soul.

fortunately, my job can entail a lot of therapeutic touch, and for now, that helps.

So what you are actually saying is that some sort of murder/suicide might have transpired?

It's no fun to take gash from the willing...Domiguy shouts.."Hey Santa, give me a fucking gift"...."No problem" responds Santa.....See, no big deal...

Now to be able to fuck Santa would be something special. You never hear about Santa getting fucked....All of those houses and not one fuck?
