Status: offline 		good evening all ... i have had a rough day and need to vent ... damn citibank and their wonderful f*** up of my life ... again.... husband dies ... close my account ... me owner too but he is the first named so close... then goes to probate ... no probate .. but they send it anyway.. i ask for copy of bill ... send it two months later wrong last bill... next two months finally get the right bill... pay it less the lawyer fee they cost me... hey the lawyer was this collections company... so they did not zero out the account on the other side like they were suppose to ... i pay the bill to the lawyer not knowing outstanding balance still exists.... now a year goes by... son needs 13k dental surgery payment upfront ... go to citibank to increase my amounts ... guess what ... NO.... they reported to the credit bureaus that i left an outstanding amount on the old account for a year.  Arrrrrrrrrggggggggggggghhhhhhhh!!!!! 

Then i try to get it fixed but the only ones to fix this are not taking phone calls or messages .. gee i wish i worked in the citibank probate department they sit up there like gods.  Tomorrow i am taking a few gods down off the mountain.

flame thrower needs gas at almost 3.50 a galleon anything cheaper....
my heart was in my throat ... and i cried after the first 20 phone calls to try and fix it today... i am thinking more like mmmmmmm.... cement footies ... wonders how much cement is by the yard now?
