*pounces bear for huggles and then finds a spot to sit down, tugging His girl onto his lap*

beargonewild -> RE: Arrrrrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhh! (4/22/2008 3:13:50 PM)

*finds no lap to sit on, finds spot in corner and curls up and closes eyes*

LadyRainfire -> RE: Arrrrrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhh! (4/22/2008 3:14:51 PM)

*sighs happily and settles into His lap*

(73 days and counting...)

beargonewild -> RE: Arrrrrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhh! (4/22/2008 3:27:10 PM)

Why would you want to be getting your butt up to me????  Don't you realize that we aren't meant to be together cause I'd only break your heart.

KMsAngel -> RE: Arrrrrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhh! (4/22/2008 3:30:02 PM)

[... easily bypassing the anti-phasing net I phase back into this hallowed room and fix myself a Jägerita at the purple sparkly bar ...]

beargonewild -> RE: Arrrrrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhh! (4/22/2008 4:52:56 PM)

~walks to circuit panel....yanks out several wires~

There ya go sappa, the anti phasing net is permanently disabled.

sappatoti -> RE: Arrrrrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhh! (4/22/2008 4:58:16 PM)

Why, thank you bear. I do think, though, that nursy might be a tad bit upset at you undoing her handiwork. ;-)

Care for a beverage? The Jäger is perfectly chilled this evening, if you're needing a suggestion.

scifi1133 -> RE: Arrrrrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhh! (4/22/2008 5:00:21 PM)

*perks up*
someone restocked the bar?

beargonewild -> RE: Arrrrrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhh! (4/22/2008 5:01:50 PM)

Thanks my friend, I'd love a Jäger

Not worried about nursy, seems she's back in hibernation from the late winter storm that's happening her way! It's amazing what a few rituals can acomplish....muhahahaha

scifi1133 -> RE: Arrrrrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhh! (4/22/2008 5:04:47 PM)

Lol. Now now bear thats just mean don't do any snow dances anymore. We are all sick of snow.

sappatoti -> RE: Arrrrrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhh! (4/22/2008 5:08:36 PM)

Well, please bless FL with some snow. It's only been a week with the 85+ F temp and I'm already beaten down by it.

[... slides a Jäger down the bar towards bear ...]

And sci, the bar has always been stocked. It's just that no one but me knew where I kept it. Care for something?

>:)

beargonewild -> RE: Arrrrrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhh! (4/22/2008 5:09:57 PM)

That's payback scifi, those bloody westerners are always bragging about their warm weather weeks before we get it.   [sm=evil.gif]

sappatoti -> RE: Arrrrrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhh! (4/22/2008 5:14:08 PM)

About how far up the latitudes are you located bear? 48 or 50 degrees?

beargonewild -> RE: Arrrrrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhh! (4/22/2008 5:18:28 PM)

Had to look this up,  lol

Latitude: 46.32000 North of Equator
Longitude: 79.46000 West of Greenwich Meridian

KCherry -> RE: Arrrrrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhh! (4/22/2008 5:24:07 PM)

I agree lol, send some snow to this winter forsaken state, I havent seen any in my whole life.

sappatoti -> RE: Arrrrrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhh! (4/22/2008 5:24:23 PM)

That's a bit further north than where I used to live, but not too much. I'm guessing there's still a bit of snow lying about.

FL, and the people that reside within it, could not handle the type nor amount of snow that the northerners are used to. The last time the Tampa area saw anything resembling snow was back in the '80s. While Jacksonville sees it a bit more frequently, they're still ill-equipped to deal with it. One of the winter storms that hit them in the '80s shut down the city for about five days, if I recall.

My suggestion is that if you want to see some snow, spend the money and go on a vacation to a ski resort. If you want to truly experience it, visit someone you know up north in the middle of winter and help them dig out. ;-)

KCherry -> RE: Arrrrrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhh! (4/22/2008 5:29:48 PM)

lol, you mean I;d get to escape from themepark land? *Buys a plane ticket straight away*

beargonewild -> RE: Arrrrrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhh! (4/22/2008 5:30:13 PM)

There's still areas of snow in the bush and the lake is still about 3/4 covered in ice still.
