Oh that would be true if your kidlets had any memories of who you are. IIRC, they were whisked away by others to be trained in the ways of the Force, or other such stuff. You had all of, what... one day each with them? I really don't think that if momma isn't happy, they care one way or another.

But, that's just my take on things. I could be wrong. Whatever the case, I'm not too concerned.

I'm quite sure that not only are they old enough, they've pretty much taken over after we all left. Perhaps they've even usurped the guardians for their own devious pleasures and purposes.

One can only hope.
