Arrrrggghhhh, I think I would kill for some very very strong caffeine, errrrrr, coffee right now, sappa. Too much to do and not enough time. I'm scheduled to fly out one week from today yet I haven't heard from the attorney as to whether the ex has accepted the counter proposal or not. Hmm... I wonder if coffee can be steeped much like one does with tea. Of course, I do have some caffeine tablets sitting on my night stand at the moment. They would do nicely for now...

It can, sappa. Or think of the coffee presses where you pour hot water over the grinds then press down on them. It doesn't have to be brewed. Just gives it a different taste. (Maybe my nickname should be "tea & coffee fairy"?)

Yeah LR...things turned out O.K. here except for an awful lot of tree limbs down from the heavy winds that blew. No tornado touched down here but one did in Brush...about 8 miles down the road...and that's where the heavy winds came from. My oldest um was about a mile away from where one touched down in Greeley and the other um was at work, helping to move patients into the lower levels of the facility. When I got through at work last night, I went home, listened to the wind blow...God, I hate wind!!!!! (note the 5)...and finally turned up some music appropriate to my mood and drank a beer and a shot (or was it two?). Made lying in bed much easier...no thoughts of how the day and evening had gone.

I just had a bad storm here, no tornado, My tree lost some branches, missed the house by inches and we have cleanup today. Got a lot of rain which we needed but things are looking good. I'm glad to hear things are ok, CD. Scary things, I haven't been able to get through to my friends so I'm a bit worried about them. They moved from California, joking about giving up earthquakes for tornados.
