Yes, the actual phone part was really bad. I had actually wanted to use it as a replacement for my landline service since I could pass the audio through some signal processing to make it less likely a trigger for my migraines. Unfortunately, at the time I had their service, Skype didn't allow for DTMF signals to be passed through to automated telephone services. I ended up using the landline or cell anyway. Now that I'm no longer using them for voice service, only IM, it's become kind of redundant. I tried to delete my accounts, but they don't delete accounts. They hang onto them until 10 years after you last use the service, then the account gets automatically deleted. That's aggravating... irritating... and whatever else one can think up.
