Ughh, I have to go prepare for a big meeting where I'll be under the gun this afternoon. Can I turn off the phone and hide instead??? Sometimes being in the real world is just such a pain in the ass....One of my board members is going to be at this one too. Its a project that I keeps hitting obstacles which is a sign that they are not ready for change yet.....just think we are chasing our tail and that the money and will are not strong enough to make these buildings go green without tons of pain and suffering. If doing a green porject for the first time is really painful and difficult for a group it leaves a bad taste in their mouth and they tend to not come back for more... But the client is a historic black college so everyone is having a hard time letting go and realizing that the client would be better off going green on the next project.... Okay - that is my world for the day. Cryptic and unintersting I am sure.

Ocilla, the world in general is not ready for change....that's part of the reason we are where we are. Sometimes change has to be "forced down people's throat". (no innuendo intended) Keep the head up and find away to break down the resistance.

Thanks Mine - yeah that is generally my job to be the Mary Poppin's of change - spoonful of sugar, swallow and all of a sudden they are on the bandwagon... Well divi, there is only one cure for what ails domi. He needs a good man to ease his sorrows. A man who will be faithful to him, caress all domi's worries and fears away.
