Yeah - being ticklish was the fatal weakness that my older brothers exploited in the most evil ways.  I find those who were the subject of torture as a kid either succombed and learned to enjoy it for the attention etc or like me fought it the whole way and got pissed and bore a grudge. lol.

Ohhh.  been wondering btw about your wiccan ways?  I know just a little bit about it.  I used to make moon cakes for a really serious coven in Pt Reyes California each year.  The asked me to join the coven but quite frankly they were a little on the scary side of wicca.  I've danced the spiral dance with Starhawk on more than one ocassion - not scary at all - just really powerful she is.

Status: offline 		The witches wild crafted just about all the ingredients.  For the wheat they grew and milled spelt even.  The sugar was the only ingredient that they did not have some hand in either growing or gathering.

The cakes were a little like fruit cake - very dense but filled with tinctures and dried fruits like elder berries, peaches, apricots...things they dried themselves. 

Tehy had me make different versions of the cakes the first year and then they cast a circle with the cakes inside to decide which of the recipes had the highest vibrations.

Status: offline 		I draw my Wiccan beliefs from Native Sirituality, Celtic Druidism and Wicca. I find my Wiccan path to be very personal so I won't get involved with a coven and am more comfortable as a solitary practitioner. Own 2 sets of Oracle cards and a set of Nordic Runes. Quite sensitive to people's energies, water, wind, crystals, animals and to religeous objects. Yea, I'm what many wil refer to as empathic and personally, it is a curse most times  LOL.

I have read a couple of her books and my one wish is to have the chance to meet and chat with her for a good hour!

Status: offline 		Then while I was preparing the cakes they would come and witness the process and say incantations over certain parts of the process. 

Finally they took the finished cakes and doused them in their potions wrapped them in muslin and buried them in the circle till the winter solstice ( usually about 2 months!).  The they gave them to people that they cared about.

They would have me make about 100 each year.
