Squash pie: I need to get honey for this. I was assured that there was honey in the house, but nooooooooooooo... not a drop to be found.
Beef Curry: My backup plan for when people are getting sick yet have problems with eating something called "cloud ear fungus" in hot & sour soup. It's actually kind of yet another anti-recipe: round steak cut into thin strips for stir fry. Heat butter, saute equal amounts of chopped garlic and ginger, drop in beef and 1 onion sliced up. As everything softens and browns, mix in about 1 c water/broth and 1 Tbsp curry powder and a bit of cayenne. Goes well over noodles or rice. Maybe 5 minutes if you have everything together. Even easier version: pick up the phone and order it from the delivery noodle shop of choice.
Hair: as can be seen in some photos, I'm currently sporting the classic "high & tight" because it's low maintenance and pleasantly conservative. Now, I need to let it grow out... <sigh>
Headache: I have one so bad that I am drinking Mountain Dew to wash down ibuprofens and aspirins. That's saying something...
Eeyore: very secure in his masculinity to continuing to wear a pink bow on his tail.
