not at all I did tell Mine if I ever get married and divorce I'd like it to be like yours.  Actually 2 really close friends of mine are going through divorces and just makes ya wonder..


We are friends with several couples who got divorced.  One couples' was particularly nasty, bitter and vengeful.  Our whole group of friends got pulled into the madness.  They seemed to not care about how any of it affected their ums.
It was awful.  We often talked about how if we ever got separated (cuz obviously we knew for a long time our marriage was in trouble) we would never do that to our ums.  We would never put them in a postion where they felt responsible for our emotional well being or feel guilty for being with one or the other of us (holidays, etc).  We have been pretty good at remaining a family unit and (hopefully) not screwing up the ums!
