[8D] Well, Olivia Cruises have been coordinating lesbian cruises and vacations for years now. The idea isn't so far-fetched. But I'd really want to have folks organizing who knew something about event planning and travel reservations and the like. If scenes, seminars and such are envisioned, you are going to have to pre-negotiate this with the cruise line too. So, interesting idea, but such an enormous amount of work!

A very good travel agent on the east coast has been organizing "Roissy" cruises for many years. This began with Roissy events in different cities in the 1990's and with the old classic prodigy BD/SM group. There is a cruise every other year now, and they are fun. This is not a whole ship load with only pervs aboard, but it is great to cruise with 40 or 50 very nice kinky folks, dining together and with group tours ashore. This year will be our 2nd "Roissy" cruise, West Caribbean in October.

Last time I checked Doms were just as capable of coordiating things as subs. sub does not equal = person to do the things you're too lazy to do yourself.

I wasn't trying to "solicit" anyone to do anything for "just me". I thought it was a cool idea ... so I posted it. I agree that someone with travelling /reservation experience would be great at coordinating it. Geez... I'm guessing I will have be very, very careful what to say even on this forum. I guess some people are soooooo bored that they just cant wait to jump on an opportunity to bash someone else. So sad.

MissNCharge, you didn't ask for someone with traveling/reservation experience. If you had, no big deal. You suggested that the subs of CM coordinate this, and while I can't speak for everyone, there's kind of a consensus that subs don't automatically provide for any ol' Dom/me who wishes them to. I'm afraid you mistook my humorous sarcasm for "bashing" but if you've read any history of my posts, you'd see I don't "bash" people....whereas presuming someone is "soooooo bored" might actually be construed as just that. In any case, I wish you well, and I do think the cruise is a cool idea. I just tend to think a combined effort is probably the more appropriate way of going about it.

i haven't been posting on here for long, but it does seem that the inclination of many is to assume the worst motives and jump on the person who initiates the thread. Perhaps there is good reason for this but i find it puzzling to see how quick some people are to condemn others.

This is posted in the "ask a submissive/slave forum". If it were posed as a general idea it wouldn't have been aimed at a specific population. This was aimed specifically at those who identify as bottoms based upon the assumption that they would be the ones to do it. There were other ways to propose the same topic that would not have gotten this type of response.
