An actual card, given to my husband by our daughters when they were about 16 and 13:

Front cover: Happy Father's Day, Dad! (drawing of smiling sperm cells)
Inside cover: From your little squirts!

NOT a Hallmark card. I feel sure it was bought at Spencer's. I had a little discussion with the girls about not putting that biology class information to such literal use.
