Considering your allergies, is it possible that you are allergic to substances he has consumed or has on his skin? If you are allergic to antibiotics, and he doesn't eat antibiotic free meat then that could be enough to cause your reactions to his body fluids.

The way I read it, she eats essentially the same food as he does.
Of course, if there are any differences, that might be it.
Also, the bit about salt is a good point.
Urea is also a likely candidate.

ok, i think ive discovered the problem!
tomatos and spicy mexican foods, joes been eatign them alot and since ive not been cooking as much hes been eatign out, this week i told him i thoguht it was the spices and such in the mexican food and he swore it off , last night we tried again and i didnt break out, so maybe that was,  with alot of water and some benedryl it went off perfectly.

utter balm or bag balm, farmers use it to make the skin of the utter soft and helps healing, may help u; or if not allergic aloe Vera straight from the plant or blended with oils,  maybe that skin glove liquid glove or second skin.
