I went to the hospital today for my blood test results and they are NEGATIVE for all forms of hepatitis. They did this as a precaution because of my liver enzymes being too high. Now, next week, I will see my doctor to schedule testing to figure out what is going on...That pain is gone now that I have been taking Prilosec (or however you spell it ) so the doc in the ER told me it's related to my stomach then so my doc will schedule a test where they put you to sleep and look down into your stomach to see what is going on.....sounds exciting eh? I am soo happy- atleast one problem I don't have to worry about[:D]

Good news on the blood work. But, you best be on your good behavior, for when they start taking a peek at your insides, all your secrets will be revealed. ;) (just kidding) Good luck on your upcoming eval.

I don't know how high your liver enzymes are or have been, but you've mentioned being on a lot of medications for the MRSA and other things. If they're only a little elevated, it might just be from that. If they're off the charts, then yeah, the docs should be looking further into it. Excessive drinking will cause it, too [;)][:D]

It is good news I’m happy for you. Those Doctors are totally professional they would never take pictures of you naked with a tube stuck down your throat with their camera phones.

I spoke with my primary doctor and he says that "Amoxicillin" which I took twice for ear infection/ throat infections in such a short period of time could have caused the raise in my liver enzymes and he will order tests this week for me along with redoing my blood work soon...I still do need a stomach scope for figuring out what is going on in my tummy..since I have been on Prilosec i have had no pain so he assumes it's a stomach issue. Thank God I'll be asleep during THAT procedure lol....my insurance cards arrived in the mail today..i'm set.[:)]
