what have been trained as? how has this helped to enlighten you on how your life was lived?would you prefer to be trained as something else in the future?

I don't quite understand the question. Are you trying to ask what we have been trained as? Like as "people"

I'll try to answer, but not sure i understand it right. I've been trained as a sub. It has helped me by fulfilling some needs that took me over 50 years to realize i had. No i prefer to stay a sub.
