I have been in the toy model making / invention field for over 30 years.It is not always apparent what the problem is but eventually things smooth out.This is not one of mine but it did remind me of some projects I worked on.Right now I'm working on some adult toys that I hope to reveal soon.

Thanks JulieorSarah, which is it by the way, Julie or Sarah? Man this time change screwed me up, good thing I work from home. It even screwed up my "smart clock" It thinks the time change is still in April. There was a thread about home made male chastity devices a while back and I was impressed with the creativity. Unfortunately others are not as creative and just a tad off the mark with their execution as well.

Kinda looks like the tape may be wrapped around the tube from some toilet paper and the tube slipped on and fastened in place.
